    • There are a number of ways to record an Xbox game clip. If you have a Kinect you can simply say “Xbox, record that”. If you have a microphone and Cortana enabled you can say “Cortana, record that”. If you don’t have a Kinect or a microphone, then all you have to do is press the guide button followed by “X” and it will record the last 30 seconds of your gameplay

    • Xbox clips are short, usually 30 second clips that can record gameplay on your Xbox one console. Recording length, resolution, and storage drive can all be adjusted in the settings menu

    • xbox-clips.com is a 3rd party website that is not affiliated with Xbox or Microsoft. Microsoft has provided their API so that developers can access public data such as game clips and provide products such as a platform to view, download and share your Xbox clips; and that’s exactly what xbox-clips.com does.

For a quick summary: download a 'downloader' app from your phones app store and locate your clip on xbox-clips.com, download the clip, save the clip to your phone, upload the clip to Instagram.     • To upload your Xbox clips to Facebook you will have to search your gamertag on xbox-clips.com and select the clip you want to share by clicking the get shareable link button. Wait for the video to load and click the Facebook button and share your link.

    • To upload your Xbox clips to reddit you will have to search your gamertag on xbox-clips.com and select the clip you want to share by clicking the get shareable link button. Wait for the video to load and click the reddit button and share your link.

    • To upload clips to twitch you will need to capture your clip on the Xbox then go to xbox-clips.com, download your clip and then navigate to twitch.com, login and navigate to the video producer section and upload your clips.

    • Mixer does not have a clip upload feature at this time.

    • There are many ways to share your Xbox clips with friends, the easiest and most encompassing way is to find your clip on xbox-clips.com and share the link with your friend or send them the link through social media, email or text message.

    • Unfortunately, if you are providing a live stream of your gaming, you will not be able to record clips in conjunction, you will have to edit your recorded stream from whatever platform you were using to stream from.

    • Go to xbox-clips.com on your internet browser and press the download button on any and all clips you want to download.

    • First, download the clip that you would like to make a gif out of from xbox-clips.com, the head over to giphy.com and upload your clip, make the edits you need to and then download your gif.

    • To adjust your Xbox clips settings; you have to navigate to your Xbox system options within your Xbox one. This is usually accomplished by pressing the guide button and then moving the analog stick or the D-pad all the way to the right. From there you can click on 'Settings' then 'Preferences' then 'Broadcast and Capture'. Once inside the 'Broadcast and Capture' menu, you will be able to adjust the “Record that” duration, or clip length; the game clip resolution, up to 1080p for the regular Xbox One and 4k for the Xbox One X; the capture location, either on your internal Xbox One hard drive or a connected external hard drive; and automatic uploads, sets your clips to automatically upload to your Xbox Live activity feed.

    • To delete an Xbox clip, you must go to the upload studios app on your Xbox console and select the clips you want to delete and then hit the delete button.

    • If you navigate to the system settings menu on your Xbox one and select 'Preferences' then 'Broadcast and Capture', you will be able to select the default quality of your Xbox clips.

    • There are a number of reasons why your Xbox clips might not be recording, the main reason is that there is not enough storage left on your Xbox hard drive.

    • The sort answer is no, you will have to upload your Xbox clips to one drive manually within the Xbox upload studio app. However, there is talk of this feature coming in the future

    • To hide your game clips, you will need to go to the Xbox system settings menu and navigate to my profile then privacy settings. From there you will be able to select game content and then adjust your settings accordingly.

    • To view your Xbox clips on your Xbox you will need to download the Upload Studio app from the Microsoft Store. Once downloaded you can navigate to the app and click “manage your clips”. From there you can delete, upload to OneDrive, rename, edit and share your clips to your activity feed, clubs, in a message, or on twitter if you have connected your twitter account.

    • If you don’t want to use xbox-clips.com you can view your Xbox clips on the Upload Studio app on Xbox. Alternatively you can use xboxdvr.com or xboxclips.com

    • To find the top Fortnite clips, you will need to make or find Xbox One friends that record clips regularly and search their gamer tag on xbox clips. Alternatively, you can go to the Fortnite Leaderboard and find the gamertags of the best Fortnite players and search for their game clips on xbox-clips.com.
